How the Claude Code team reviews code at agent speed
Claude writes about 90% of Claude Code's own code. From June to September merged PRs more than doubled while reverts fell by over 40%, as the team moved most reading to machines and made mistakes fast to undo. Anthropic's monorepo went from about 2,500 changes a day in May to over 30,000 in September.
